Warranty & Returns Policy

At System-Cal, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality temperature control products that they can trust.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. We will inspect the returned product and, if it is deemed to be in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
